The Piedmont Society for Coatings Technology will be holding our biennial One-Day Trade Show and Symposium on Wednesday, April 15, 2009. This show is designed to provide a forum for all technical, purchasing, production, and plant personnel to see what’s new and meet with suppliers and industries experts.

Suppliers who wish to exhibit: We would like to solicit your participation and provide your company an opportunity to display your products, hold discussions with, and distribute technical data to formulators, purchasing agents, and key technical and production people of area manufacturers. We believe the cost to exhibit at this show will be quickly offset when you compare it to what your company will save in sales call expenses for the same number of people that you will meet in this one day.

        Fee:     $200.00 if received by April 1, 2009
                 $300.00 if received between April 1st and the event date.
        Set-up: Area designated 10 feet x 10 feet, One eight foot draped table, two chairs

· Space is available on a first come first serve basis with PSCT members given first preference.
· The Ballroom is very nice and spacious.
· Overnight accommodations, the rate is $74 +tax. (Mention PSCT) with Airport Shuttle.
· This show will be a tabletop show. If your company wishes to use your company booth, you are welcomed to do so. We know that in previous years many companies sent in their displays and placed them in front of the wall we had. But please do not extend into another’s space.
· Fees must be paid in full in advance. You may e-mail me to receive your application to hold your space, but you will not be confirmed until the check arrives. Make checks payable to Piedmont Society for Coatings Technology
. · The space assignments will begin to be made April 1, 2009. Locations will not be changed once made. If you are a distributor and wish to have your principals next to you, please advise before assignments are placed.
· Promotional items and door prizes will be permitted.

· Also, in previous years, we have had a lunch available to attendees and exhibitors.
